At NdotM, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchange Only within 3 days of purchase.

Online Purchases with In-Store Pickup

  • Online purchases with in-store pickup have the same return policy as our stores. 
    The policy is 3 days exchange only. 

Online Shipped Purchases

  • Returns must be at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund.

  • After 7 days, refunds will no longer be available, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. 

  • Items discounted 10% and above are final sale and non-returnable.

  • All purchase made within 7 days before Sukkos and Pesach are FINAL SALE.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To create a return:

  1. Return Portal

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a shipping label.

  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of $8.
